Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Qordrz ("the Platform"), available at qordrz.me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

2. Description of service

Qordrz is a QR-based digital ordering platform that connects physical businesses (merchants) with their customers. We provide:

• A digital storefront where customers can browse products, place orders, and make payments
• A merchant dashboard for managing orders, products, inventory, staff, and analytics
• Real-time order tracking and notification services
• Payment processing integration via Razorpay

Qordrz is a technology platform. We are not a food vendor, restaurant, or delivery service. The merchant is solely responsible for the quality, safety, and fulfillment of orders.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts for the same purpose
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Merchant responsibilities

As a merchant using Qordrz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information
• Fulfill orders in a timely manner
• Comply with all applicable food safety, licensing, and business regulations
• Keep your Razorpay credentials secure and not share them with unauthorized parties
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to sell prohibited items
• Handle customer data received through orders in accordance with applicable data protection laws

5. Customer responsibilities

As a customer using Qordrz, you agree to:

• Provide accurate order information
• Complete payment for orders placed through the platform
• Collect your order within a reasonable time of the ready notification
• Not attempt to place fraudulent orders or abuse the platform
• Not reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform

6. Payments and pricing

• All prices displayed are set by the merchant and are in Indian Rupees (INR)
• Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Qordrz does not handle, store, or have access to your payment card or banking details
• Refunds for online payments are initiated by the merchant through Razorpay and are subject to Razorpay's processing timelines
• For cash orders, payment is settled directly between the customer and the merchant at the point of pickup
• Qordrz currently charges zero commission on transactions. This may change with prior notice

7. Order cancellation and refunds

• Customers may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the merchant
• Once an order is confirmed or being prepared, cancellation is at the merchant's discretion
• If a merchant cancels or rejects a paid order, a full refund is automatically initiated through Razorpay
• Disputes about order quality or fulfillment should be resolved directly with the merchant

8. Intellectual property

The Qordrz name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of Qordrz. Merchants retain ownership of their product listings, images, and business content uploaded to the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

Qordrz is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for:

• The quality or safety of food or products ordered
• Merchant delays, cancellations, or failure to fulfill orders
• Payment processing issues caused by Razorpay or your bank
• Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Use the platform to conduct fraudulent or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the platform
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data retention after termination is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
